The helicopter has rolled over when attempting to land.
Damaged parts include but are not limited to:
- Main Rotor Blades
- Main Rotor pitch link rods
- Mast Cover
- Horizontal stabiliser
- Left Hand Fuel Tank
- Co-Pilots windscreen
- Pilots door window
- Pilots passenger door window
