1; Apple Salvage is a trading name of Apple International Inc Ltd. The Registered Office is at North Creake
Airfield, Egmere Fakenham Norfolk NR22 6BE. The Company Registration Number is 4438342. The VAT Number is GB 824
4221 56.
2; Apple Salvage purchases and resells damaged Motor Vehicles, Boats & Yachts, and aircraft.
These items of salvage are precisely that and are not fit for the purpose they were designed. Apple Salvage only
sells to persons who can prove themselves to be in the trade of the goods they are purchasing. Apple Salvage makes
no warrantees or claims as to the ‘fitness for purpose’ or merchantability of any of the salvage that it sells.
3; All customers should satisfy themselves of the condition of the goods before they commit to a
purchase. Upon request we will forward more photographs by post or email and answer any questions to the best of
our knowledge, however this information must not be relied upon and used to influence the decision of the customer
to make a purchase. Apple Salvage invites and advises all potential customers to fully inspect any salvage offered
for sale prior to purchase.
4; Save as expressly may be provided on a ‘Sales Invoice’ the vehicle/boat/aircraft is sold “as
is - where is” the purchaser having satisfied themselves as to the condition of the goods in accordance with the
custom of salvage purchase.
5; Apple Salvage requires a deposit of 20% to secure any goods offered for sale. The balance is
payable according to the agreement made at the time.
6; The Purchaser agrees to indemnify Apple Salvage against all losses, claims, costs and expenses
suffered or incurred by Apple Salvage due to any breach of an agreement between Apple Salvage and the Purchaser.
7; Apple Salvage by separate agreement can deliver goods Nationwide. The goods and the amount
agreed for the delivery must be fully paid to Apple Salvage in ‘cleared funds’ prior to the delivery taking place.
Delivery charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
8; Apple Salvage warrants that on delivery it will be the owner of the goods as referenced on the
Sales Invoice. Title & Risk of the goods passes to the purchaser upon receipt of the full purchase price.
9; Care Is taken to ensure the accuracy of all price lists and brochures but no sale will be
invalidated by reason of incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error or mis-description in a price
list or brochure.
10; Apple Salvage accepts no liability whatsoever for any claims of consequential loss.
11; The prevailing VAT rate (currently 17.5%) will be applied to all commercial vehicle sales,
salvage deliveries and motor car sales that are covered by the VAT Act 1994 Section 4.
12; All agreements are conducted under English Law.
